The staff was so Cooperative they know how to deal with customers and they recommend best shoes according to my feet measurement and these shoes are really comfortable

Fabulous customer service and I really appreciated the 30 day return. I wore the shoes for 4 days, realised they were too big (got my usual size, but these were big for a 9) and swapped them over.

I took my family to get sizing here and I can't recommend enough. Bailey was wonderful and showed us all the measurements for my boys and husband. Fantastic customer service. We left with some nicely fitted shoes for my boys. Thank you

Extremely impressed by the care of staff and delivery times for my new shoes! I had visited The Athletes Foot yesterday in search of a new pair of sneakers, alas the shoes I wanted weren’t in stock, the lovely sales assistant was swift in ordering my shoes; so much so that my order took less than 24hrs to be delivered! Cannot recommend The Athletes Foot enough!

Had a great experience here. Lucas helped both my mum and I try shoes to find something that would suit our quite different feet. Both of us ended up very happy with very comfortable shoes. Lucas had great attention to detail and customer service.

Went in with a faulty very popular product from another location. Was met with absolute kindness, helpfulness and professionalism. I was beyond impressed with Lucas. He was fantastic and was able to help me by swapping for a brand new pair. Thank you!

5 stars to customer service superstar Jay, and his patience, help and knowledge. I really appreciated the time Jay took to explain everything to me, in each pair of shoes I looked at. Im fussy, and Jay was sp patient, and really listened to my needs. If I could have tipped, I would have - Jay is a true asset to your store!

The two gentleman that were working today around 1-2pm in store were both amazing, helped me find what was going to be best for my foot shape/size, amazing customer service, juggled multiple customers whilst still making me feel looked after. 5 star service! Edward and Max, keep it going!

Loved to shop at athletes foot store. Many collection from different brands. Well organized. Good customer service. They measure my feet on the digital scale. Explain me all the readings found on digital scale. I am 58 and I have back heal pain for long time. They found the right shoes for me. I am wearing the new pair for about a week. I am feeling better now. Great customer service. Strongly recommended.
